What I do

I am the founder and CEO of The Agenda Group, LLC, a full-service consultancy that focuses on Organizational Effectiveness.  I specialize in Change Management, Communication and Leadership Coaching which I believe all lead to the most effective organizational culture possible.  I am also currently the Director of Global Communication for a Fortune 500 technology company based in Boise, ID, where I am responsible for all Internal Communications across the company, including Executive, Corporate, HR, Employee Engagement, and Change communications.   

How I do it

I partner with organizations to diagnose and define areas that are lacking and develop action plans to increase and improve effectiveness.  These action plans include a group of services and a three-pronged approach:

1) Coaching -  This can be 1:1 or in group settings for various key people in the organization to ensure they achieve their maximum potential;
2) Development -  This includes workshops and what I call "Real-time Development Challenges" in focus areas such as Team Dynamics, Leadership, Conflict Management, Communication Skills, and Diversity; and
3) Hands-on Consulting - This includes a fair amount of "roll up my sleeves" and assist the organization with things like communication, change management, and process design while they are learning to do it themselves.

My goal is ultimately to work myself out of a job, but in the meantime my agenda is to ensure you reach yours!
